If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make sure the return or exchange process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness dreams with the right products, and we’re here to ensure that you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Customized equipment cannot be returned unless defective
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email truemuscleegy@gmail.com or call 01069847079 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible.
  4. Return Address: We’ll provide you with a return address once we receive your request. Refund Process
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we&aspos;ll process your refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@fitgear.com and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
